Many people have heard about the scan pyramids big void discovery of which currently further research and scanning is done. A recent update from Matt Beal on X showed that they now scanned the North Shaft with snake GPR in a radius of 15m. Below is the reason explained to why all this is happening.

This story starts with Jean Pierre Houdin, a French architect and his father. It has been going on for decades.

Mehdi Tayoubi is the director of the ScanPyramids team. The ScanPyramids team and Jean Pierre Houdin are thus entwined from an early time. Besides his known internal ramp theory he is known for, as a suggestion how the pyramid was build, he also said there could be up to two more chambers in the great pyramid. He based this hypothesis on pyramids of Khufu’s father, Snefru who had antechambers to the burial chambers in the bent pyramid and in the red pyramid. He therefor speculated that such chambers could also exist in the great pyramid.

Even outside of pyramids in the valley of the kings, for example in king Tuts tomb.

The great pyramid and where to look
To access these chambers, Jean Pierre houdin proposed that there is a removable block, or blocks, in the north wall, which are not loadbearing. This was well sumarized in a 2018 forum post. He also said the chambers are likely a bit lower like Snefrus design.

Other possible future discoveries
Besides the Menkaure discovery of 2025 based on my paper of 2018, Matt Sibson proposed in 2018 via a video, but not via a formal written paper, that there could be an undiscovered antechamber in the red pyramid behind the block that stands out like a sore thumb.

This is also highly plausible taking the visual clues in mind. This was his original idea and if any discovery is made there he should also be credited and is worth a watch. I recommend watching his video of 2018.
It is note worthy that it was Jean Pierre Houdin drawing of the north wall of the great pyramid, who both inspired myself and Matt Sibson from the ancient architect channel, to “Read the stones”. This directly led to my 2018 Menkaure paper and the later confirmed voids by the Scan pyramid team in 2025.
